The delegation from the President of University of Sultan Zainal Abidin in Malaysia visited University of Yamanashi.

　A delegate from University of Sultan Zainal Abidin, Malaysia, led by Vice Chancellor, Professor Dato’ Dr. Hassan Basri bin Awang Mat Dahan, visited our University on September 10^th ,2019. The other members of the delegate are , Mr.Ismail bin Ahma, Registrar ,Prof. Dr. Nordin bin Simbak, Dean of Faculty of Medicine, Mr.Kazuki Iseno , Liaison Officer.
　The delegate exchanged opinions with Prof.Masayuki Takeda, Directer of university hospital, Prof.Hiroshi Onishi, Chair of Department of Radiology, Prof. Yao Jian, Director of International Education and Exchange of faculty of Medicine, and Professor Xiaoyang Mao, Director of the Center for International Education and Exchange . Then guided by Prof Onishi, the delegate visited university hospital.
　After that, the delegate paid a courtesy call on President Shinji Shimada. Vice Chancellor, Professor Dato’ Dr. Hassan Basri bin Awang Mat Dahan and President Shinji Shimada signed the letter of intent and agreed to further promote the exchanges and collaborations between two universities.
　University of Slutan Zainal Abidin is one of seven national universities Which possess the faculty of Medice in Malaysia, and the university is planning to open University attached hospital on 2020. It is expected that the exchange between the two universities will be further activated through this visit.
